Return policy

zynvelomax.com return period is 14 days.
If eligible under our return policy, zynvelomax.com will refund you the cost you paid for the product and service as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after the product is returned or you notify us of your desire to return the service. You are obligated to pay the cost of returning the product. zynvelomax.com will cover the cost of sending a replacement product or service.

Order Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations or returns during transit are not permitted.
You must clearly state your regret for the purchase in your message to us. The return period is calculated from the date you receive all or most of the purchased product. If you have purchased a customized product—one with significant personal customization—the return period is calculated from the date zynvelomax.com notifies you of the product.
You are not eligible for our return policy if:
  • The service you purchased was initiated with your consent during the return period.
  • The price of the purchased service fluctuates with the financial market (i.e., stock options).
  • Due to the physical nature of the service, it is non-returnable.
  • The authenticity seal of the product has been broken/opened.
Various types of goods are not eligible for return. Perishable goods (such as nicotine pouches) are not returnable. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
When returning a product/service:
You are obligated to maintain the product/service in the same condition as it was upon delivery.
You shall not use the product/service, but you are entitled to inspect the state of the product upon delivery. If damage or harm to the product occurs during the inspection process, the product is not eligible for the return policy.
